Coaching is all about trust. Therefore, it is important to us to prove this trust from very early on. We work with a clear structure that provides you with a secure framework if you wish to work with us. You decide at any stage about the speed with which you want to take these steps. To get started, all you need to do is send us a message or give us a short call.

At first, you are invited to meet your potential coach in person. This first meeting is all about the match, both in personal chemistry and of your situation. There are no obligations, so that you can take your time afterwards to make your decision based on your personal impressions.

A coaching session last 100 minutes and normally takes place in our office. Often we make the experience that we can achieve a lot of progress already in a short time. Still, we recommend at least three sessions to anchor sustainable improvements. It is best to leave a time span of at least three weeks in between sessions. These are guidelines that we readily change to suit your specific situation.
